Exceptional service and timely work. My car purrs like it's brand new after their work on the muffler and exhaust. Another great experience at Gray’s! I called to make an appointment to replace a tail light and was able to get in the next day. Customer service was professional and courteous over the phone and when I brought my car in. It was done SO fast. I will continue to take my car there as needed. I highly recommend Gray’s!

Besides being competent and thorough in their roles, the office manager and the mechanic were friendly and welcoming, as was the owner. Best of all, I wasn't treated like I didn't know anything but that I was competent in my own way!! I stopped in to Gary's Auto today after picking up a nail in my tire. Turned out that the shop was actually closed, but I was still warmly greeted and after explaining my plight he opened the shop doors to look at my tire. Gray's Auto was referred to me by a friend when I first moved to St. Louis. My little old car had some issues from flat tire to new clutch in the last few years. These guys always do a good job. The prices are honest and fair. And the work is always done quickly. It is hard to find a good mechanic and these guys are the best!

I brought my 35 year old Toyota to Gray's and they did a great job on it. The service was fast and priced fairly. They are experts on carburetors and had mine running better in a couple of hours. I will definitely be back. Highest recommendation.
